@CosmoZorzi, that would bring in more revenue; however, you have to think of the big picture... if we have highway's full of people who are "high" then the possibility of accidents/crashes/road kills rising exponentially! this is not to say that this will happen because of "weed", but there are many people out there now who cant even seem to do simple tasks such as driving even when not intoxicated.
