It´s not fake. I remember seeing this on the real arcade when I was a little kid here in Brazil. Today I was playing it on Mame and couldn´t find this cutscene, so I googled about it. Too bad that the "regular" GoldenAxe version on Mame doesn´t include this. I even checked the dipswitches and cheat menu to see if it was a censorship option lol

I saw this once about 20 years ago, in Spain. I looked for it several times on the internet but I didn't find it, so I thought that was all my imagination (I was about 7)! But It's true! Thanks for sharing!
