  • How do you enable port security on the switch ports.I' ve tried

    switchport

    port security

    "port security"

    but it doesn't work!

  • @maxheedrum100

On a switchport that supports this feature, in interface configuration mode:

    switchport port-security

  • @pctechtutor-

From all the labs I have seen, the switches have L3 capabilities, so we could do inter VLAN routing without an external router.

  • @mounirorfi-

The switches are great news indeed. Thanks for the comments.

  • These are online labs, and yes, they are available to UK customers.

  • @MiamiRoach-

Thank you for taking time to follow up with me. This video is about the official offering from Cisco (the owners of Cisco IOS) on a hosted service that they control and sell. Perhaps this product, sold by Cisco, will assist students in finding a legal and ethical way to develop the skills needed for today's networks.

Again, thanks for the follow up. I appreciate your comments.

  • GNS3 R&S capability L2, L3 & MLS

  • For CCNP, they have SWITCH AND TSHOOT labs, but no ROUTE labs yet. I wonder if the Switches are L3?

  • Finally ! Great to see that the switches are implemented too.

    Thanks for the review :)

  • Does anyone know if this is available to UK customers?

I ask as Im interested in using it for CCNP study, but also my University may be interested in using this for studying.

  • @Keith6783 Yeah I got the gist of it the first time around. I just had no idea there was an alternative to gns3 until I saw your video today. So a big thank YOU for taking the time to make videos. You rock!
