Using a Yoder Power Hammer to help raise the metal sheet which will become the roof of the GTX1 supercar, this metal panel was eventually the four piece removable hard top for the prototype car.

  • Yes, actually. He has it set higher than I prefer. The ideal work height for these machines is most productive with your arms to your side and then come straight from your elbow. I was able to work pretty comfortably with his Yoder if I set a box up to stand on, I had to put the peddal on an equal height box. The trouble with the Yoder set so high was that if a piece was hit too hard on the edge and came back at you, it would come straight to your face- not good.
