Two people in my office of 24 persons just filed for bankruptcy this week.

DOW up 550 points in 4 days. OMG is this getting crazy. I guess they have some stuff to get done before the Oct crash. I would love to be able to audit those trades made and find out who is running up the market.

Cali's bonds are downgraded to 2 steps above junk bonds. Their pension funds are now trying to sue rating agencies for losing them over $1B. There are 4-5 states that are just behind CA.

Then we have huge unemployment that keeps rising.

There's a spot price and futures contracts. The idea of using futures contracts was to smooth out rapid daily fluctuations. The contracts are quite some time out. He might understand futures trading, price setting, daily prices, 'corrosive' oil variants, storage locations, and the rest. As an MBA, it would have been nice if he'd explained some of the details.

Is disagree that there is plenty of oil. When the economy was running full steam back in 2008 is when the price peaked at 100 per barrel, the limitation on oil production is acting as a constraint upon the economy that we aren't seeing because of the recession.

I do agree about war being a factor and I know when it will happen, the moment the US quits controlling Iraqi airspace and the IDF is free to attack. The Israeli's cannot allow Iran to continue development of a nuke, under a madman.

Nothing is without change! The oil cartels have had their day. Oil is fast becoming a thing of the past! We'll still need lubrication and such, but as a fuel, oil is obsolete. The next oil is the third element. In the mean time, look very closely at gold and silver.

Goldman Sachs said as far back as 6 months ago that oil will be $85 by end of 09. The highs so far in Nov have been $82. What ever Goldman Says usually goes! We've got another $3 to rally guys.
