Ive been through this program and just to warn all of you the entrance requirements are not representative of the academics you will have to do in 2nd 3rd and 4th year in this program. Generally there is a 40% drop out rate after the first time you go to sea.
Major health concerns regarding exhaust and soot in the engine room. This is the most carcinogenic fossil fuel that they are burning on ships. Google Bunker fuel.
