  • wot gauge is dat

  • @MegaJake619 7 1/4 inch, although the track is dual gauge, it is also 5 inch.

  • Great vid 5* but i did get a tink up an average grade of about 1 : 35 at Comrie with 16 on!!!

Is that a marine boiler or loco boiler?

    Thanks

    Ben

  • @SteamLocomotives1994 Hi, it's got a Locomotive Boiler. The that day conditions were pretty bad, very wet and leaves on the line and so on...

    Cheers

    Jamie

  • @Firrboxfryup Hi again, just a question, is that Primrose or Lady Bird or what ever the name of that loco is that you are sat in?

    Ben

  • @SteamLocomotives1994 It is Ladybird.

  • I am surprised there is no brush attachment to clear leaves off the tracks. Does the train run during the winter? I assume not.

  • @Firrboxfryup Hi again, yeah i saw that it did from part 2, i understand that the conditions were bad and can see why it was struggling for traction but the 0 4 2 arrangement is bad enough but to have anther pohney truck on the front to take yet more wait off the driving wheels makes it worse.
