  • First 2 minutes are like old Delerium. I wish Leeb and Co were doing that kind of music again

  • @1966blackbeauty I guess you really like Bill's way of doing things and there is no other Bill. :) It's not the first time someone praise FLA layering but if you check their backcatalogue you will also find a lot of "mellow" stuff I guess - I'm not sure what that means when you apply it to music. Guess you know Klinik as well. Personally I prefer Cevin and Dwayne's more trippy and obscure ideas.

  • @nilo2209 I have all of that stuff and its not really the same. The Noise Unit is a very layered sound with a lot of power. FLA's Implode has Silent Ceremony and Synthetic Forms which are both excellent and along the same lines. Cyberaktif is great but a bit dated as is Skinny Puppy in my opinion. Doubting Thomas is not as cohesive or polished and therefore not considered here. Most FSoL is also too mellow and lacking power more of a background or trance sound to me. But thanks

  • @1966blackbeauty hard to know what mellow means to you... Check out cyberaktif, doubting thomas, plateau, skinny puppy (pretty much anything by or with cevin key)... maybe future sound of london rings your bell if this track does?

  • @bumfarto1 Yes I have both but found them not as accessible as the Noise Unit or the FLA stuff. Cant find a match to that sound or style. Don't care for the mellow stuff. Still searching.

  • @1966blackbeauty

More Bill Leeb side projects are Equinox, Pro-Tech, and if you want real laid back then try some of the Synaesthesia stuff.

  • wow this is making my high like 10 times more intense damn

  • This would make a brilliant intro to a AVBuuren or FCorsten DJ set.

  • It pisses me off that music like this is getting shoved aside in lieu of more mainstream industrial/electro acts that for the past decade have copy-pasted each other into shit all over the world. :P

  • Masterly song and video, hooray Front Line Assembly !
