  • Extremely impressive my friend, I recently got my first handstand press which I am happy about.

You are very flexible, how long did it take you to get this flexible?

I am 179 cm, will it be possible for me to reach this level of flexibility?

  • thanks mate, well done about the press, it feels good doesnt it!?!? well im not that flexible, but it took about 6 months of conastant stretching and determination, its possible for everyone! height isnt an issue, jus go 4 it!

  • Love this video, ive just recently got into handbalance i do parkour and used to train for one arm chins but it became boring so just got into handbalance so much more to learn, so yeah inspiring video=)

  • Hey man, thanks for the comment! Keep the training up, i must have been close to tears many times from frustration & from being weak and learning one handers an presses but jus keep going an you will see improvements quickly!

  • woooo im glad im your personal trainer xxxxx

  • You're so good.. I think you're better!

  • you still give me butterflies. :)

  • Very nice! I do some strength exercices too and a few tricks and flexibility. I think this is really good. You are very strong.

I just taught myself pike to press and standing press and I think it is very fun to do. Keep it up and keep training!

  • Awesome core strength, man!

  • Yeh...sooo true! What is so great about lifting a weight up and down lol, but when you lift your self up down, like planches (which im yet to get) are SO much more fun to train and impressive.

Anyways..keep up the training to mate!

  • Lol...thanks mate! hows your training gong?

  • Nice vid like always :D

You are a kind of beast ahaha :P

    keep it up ;)

  • I totally agree I gave up on getting big along time ago the pound for pound stuff I think is way harder and more practical. Doing planche training is better then bench press any day. allot of people can bench huge weight but not many can do one arm handstand or planche pushups etc. I struggle to get over 145 and I'm nearly 6 feet tall but oh well. good luck on the training.

  • By the way, thanks for the comments people!

    Happy training!

  • I jus wnted a bit of muscle cos i was gettin pretty weedy...but after a while of doing weights, i bulked up but was so weak.Anyway,i have lost quite alot of weight in this video but i dnt really care cos i realised handbalancing is better than looking beefy. and most people can get tank cos its fairly easy, just do weights and eat alot.handbalancing is so much more satisfying as you have to work alot harder and i think the results are better than just looking good, which is jus vanity really!

  • why did you go weight lifting?

    nice vid by the way.

  • cool vid mang

  • sick

  • as usual, very impressive work

  • "weightlifting, lost all strength, worked my ass off to get it back" lol

  • you've put on some good mass, good work!

  • sick man
