Terranigma ( Tenchi Souzou ) Sound Test, Test level, debug stuff

These are all things left in the game but are not used anywhere and can only be accessed through modifing the ROM
The sound test only seems to work in the japanese version, the tracks names were probably removed due to the space limitation when translating the game.
In the EUR it crashes the game once it tries to access the track names.
