  • Good to see the poor, poor, extremely rich finally catching a break in this world. It would have been so hard for them without that $500million, how would they have afforded their third summer home? Those poor rich people, glad to see things going their way for once. Now excuse me, I have to go to work and hopefully make enough to make my gas money back.

  • wtf they upload this video July 23rd and I get it on Monday. How can you legitimately release news on youtube and hope people get it on time? I hope they fix this soon.

  • @hughster41 No, they're all too real, unfortunately. Come to the area where I live, I'll be glad to show you real life examples. It's not false just because you don't believe in it.

  • @hughster41 They also pay a lower percentage in income taxes while other taxes (sales tax for example) are paid more by working and middle class. We do our fair share, all we want is those better off to PAY THEIR SHARE and not complain when they don't get the tax cut some politician offered them to be partisan. They're still paying a lower rate than under Reagan, even with the end of Bush tax cuts. We're not stealing their land, we're just saying "help out a little"

  • @hughster41 And I'm sure exploitation, being abandoned by society, judgment instead of help, and ignorant comments like this have nothing to do with it. I'm sure.

  • @hughster41 The keyword in all of that is "SOME"

  • @hughster41 Second, don't even start with the "people are poor because they deserve it" bullshit, there are a myriad of reasons why some people make millions and others make barely enough to survive. "They just don't want it bad enough" is a cop out used by people to justify exploitation and greed. Rich doesn't automatically equal benevolent just like poor doesn't automatically equal undeserving. There's more involved in both incidences, to view it in such a myopic way is insulting and false.

  • @hughster41 They also pay a lower percentage than their middle and working class counterparts, who have less money to begin with. So the idea right wingers have is charge the guy with less money more taxes, and the guy with more money less taxes. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer, the republican way.

  • @hughster41 >facepalm<

This is exactly what is causing the collapse of manufacturing and that kind of thing. They are investing in overinflated markets and making their money in THAT way, instead of investing it in way as that grows the economy, and not just the markets, such as creating jobs.

If there is more money in investing in dirivitives that create NO jobs, what incentive is there in building factories and stuff that CREATE jobs?

  • @hughster41 Well, for one, you're just wrong. Baseless insults will get you nowhere in life. And two, it's also not a crime for the rich to pay their share.

  • @hughster41 Same right? Most of us do not have the disposable income to gamble on the stock market.
