I already have a similar blog post on these baked omelets, but since I was making these for brunch I thought what the heck, make a video! These omelets are way to easy and look elegant enough to serve at a formal breakfast or brunch.

You can pretty much customize these however you'd like. A great way to use up left over ingredients.

  • hey monique... im making peanut butter blossoms and they always turn out flat like normal cookies but they are sopost to be stay like cute little balls... how can i get them to keep their shape when baking?

  • @LissCanDoMakeup Hmmm...maybe the recipe needs more flour. Also make sure that you don't melt the butter. i'd really have to see the recipe though.

  • First time I did this wasn't so good but last time Awesome! Very delicious hubby loved it besides all the ketchup he put on it smh lol thanks do much for recipe!

  • I had to double the recipe because there are 4 adults in my house, 2 who eat like horses. I thought I had ruined it. I doubled the flour, milk and eggs. I scrambled a pound of sausage and added it in obviously before the eggs were firm enough. So it sunk a bit. I kept checking to see if it was firm and it was soupy in the middle, finally after 20 minutes all the eggs were firm but it was so fat I couldn't roll it. Maybe I'll try a bigger pan next time. I was wonderful, everyone loved it.
