This is on my phone camera therefore very shakey... Unfortunately doesn't do whatever this was justice.
Going from east to west at quite low altitude and going quite fast, clearly unpowered. I don't know any flares that last for that long or that are not dictated by gravity.... Man made or not tis still unidentified ;-p
I also dont know any laser pointers that can project 200ft up into the sky...
Comments are always welcome though everybody.
