[TES V: Skyrim Gameplay] Messing with Horkers (Third-Person Combat)

I found some Horkers lazing around, so I decided to troll them and fuck their day up.

Third-person combat in Skyrim is SO much better than in Oblivion. It's much more fluid and visceral and the animations are just a hundred thousand times better than that of Oblivion's. That was the absolute worst part about Oblivion for me; the super shitty combat.

On a separate note though, I will publish my first Skyrim LP episode up either later today or tomorrow. Sorry, but I'm just having WAY too much fun playing the game to bother.

@MusIimExtremist Yeah but it's only a silent forward roll. You can't roll out of the way like to the side, you know what I mean? There's a reason why it's in the sneak tree and not a combat-related tree. I'm hoping for a mod that will enable side-rolling for combat. That would be badass.

This is on a HD4870? What settings are you playing on?

@ThaGlenniator Yeah. This is on my cousin's comp. Mine has a 6970 running. TBH, I'm surprised that the 4870 even ran as well as it did. As for settings, it's on high but with all of the drawing distances all the way up and res is 1920x1200 + x4AA/x8AF. This game is WAAAAYYYY more optimized than Oblivion. As in orders of magnitude. It could still use some more, but for a Bethesda game out of the box it's crazy. And thanks for the compliment, much appreciated.

Forget dragons. Horkers seem to be the real epic battle in this video :) just shield bash them over or FUS RO DAH!!! Works every time for me :)

are horkers a good hunting target? im low level and mammoths are impossable to hunt but horkers look slow (unlike elk) fat, and will carry some good meat and tusk, and are very slow.

ive never even saw a horker in this game yet. and im level 27.. I think they drank invisibility potions.
