I can't understand why people who believe this spend so much time trying to police what others in a civil society do. Maybe they think they have a front row seat in Heaven which would be the height of arrogance. If such a place exists I am sure poeple would be surprised to find out who is in Heaven.

@sanzyuryu I love how christian fundies like to take verses out of text. First of all there was no concept of what we call homosexuality back then, 2nd its was common for roman soldiers to have sex with young boys, aside from the wife. Every time the bible is translated it gets messed up.

@Jessevprince Moses gave those laws to the people of Israel, Got sent them out of Egypt into the land of the Canaanites and commanded israelies not to do the things they do.

@PrincessKLS Also punishable by death is disobedience to parents, picking up sticks during the Sabbath (what?), any other type of sabbath breaking (I dunno, maybe peeing into a bush less than 10 miles radius clear of the Tabernacle), catching a mere GLIMPSE of the Ark of the Covenant, a foreigner (outsider) who gets close to the Tabernacle, prostitution by the daughter of a priest (not prostitution in general), contempt of court (yes you can get executed for this), kidnapping.
