@holmsatlarge Australia is heaven for bird lovers! We get at least six different parrot species in my location: Major Mitchells, Pink and Greys, Carnaby's Black Cockatoo (rare and endangered), Red-tailed Black Cockatoos, Ring-necked Parrots (Port Lincoln/28 Birds), rainbow lorikeets (introduced in our area), long-billed corellas, short-billed corellas (rare and endangered). Those are the ones I have personally witnessed in the area. :D

:P Lorikeets look so mean. But I can't wait for the next few weeks when they come eat our pears. I just recently moved to Australia and I have to say the birds are amazing here. Never seen that quantity of birds in my life. All sorts, all colors.. Oh and the pelicans.. I never get tired of those. And the Galah's and cockatoos.. it's really amazing! Love Australia

@catyinozland Loris may look mean but they're really adorable, and they all have different personalities! Glad you like the birds and Australia. Bon chance!

What a lovely video for us bird lovers! I have a green nape lory of my own named Nikki. I live in Toronto, Canada. You are so lucky to have such beautiful birds in Australia! We have pretty birds here too but no lorys flying into our gardens. The baby Magpie is adorable!
