  • Also, Takemi Takayasu Sensei is a phenomenal athlete and a technical expertise second to none. These are some truly great exercises.

  • Chisi is a great tool for training. We use it all the time at our dojo and does wonders for the grip and muscles in the forearm.

    Simply, yet very effective.
