I decided to day to make copies of the letter from DOT telling me they are putting in speed bumps and thanking me so I got the updated info on the current principals and I am mailing them letters so happy to tell them speed bumps are coming.

I received a harassing comment that seems laced with a threat so I forwarded to NYPD, Google legal dept. parent company to YouTube, civil rights lawyer and because the comment posted here lead to an "NYU comment" that was also "unusual" to NYU as well. Aggravated harassment, impersonation are serious matters.
