Yes it does, but my point is it does no good to complain about his accent. Don't get me wrong, his accent is so bad. That's his teacher's fault. While the Roman Catholic Church is one of the last remaining vestige of the Roman Empire, it's accent is still wrong, and even at the time of the fall in the west, no one spoke Latin like an Italian.

I know that. It's still just as incorrect. Very Germanic, in some cases. I usually prefer neither, I try to go with the reconstructed pronunciation found in Cassel's Latin Dictionary.
