HELLO EVERYONE! I KNOW THAT I HAVEN'T UPLOADED ANY RODEO VIDEOS OF DESTINY AND DYLAN IN A COUPLE OF YEARS SO HERE IS SOME FOOTAGE OF LAST YEARS BARREL RACING.THEY ARE 7 & 8 YEARS OLD IN THESE CLIPS AND THEY HAVE MOVED UP AND WERE COMPETING AGAINST CHILDREN AS OLD AS 10 YEARS!

AS YOU CAN SEE, DESTINY AND ACE ARE MAKING A FINE PAIR! DESTINY HAD JUST MOVED OUT OF HER 10" SADDLE INTO A 12" AND WAS HAVING A LOT OF TROUBLE KEEPING HER STIRRUPS ON! SHE RIDES A LOT BETTER THAN IT LOOKS LIKE IN THESE VIDEOS! DESTINY AND ACE WON THE RESERVE CHAMPION POLE-BENDING BUCKLE!


DYLAN AND HIS NEW PONY "GINGER" WERE TEARING UP THE BARRELS!! THEY BEAT OUT DESTINY AND ACE AND WON THE RESERVE CHAMPION BARREL RACER BUCKLE IN THEIR CLUB!!


IN THE LAST CLIP A LITTLE FRIEND OF THEIRS WANTED TO BORROW DYLAN'S HORSE AND SHE WAS NOT READY FOR THE TURN AT THE FIRST BARREL AND WAS FLUNG OFF AND HUNG BY THE STIRRUP. GINGER PROVED TO BE WORTH HER WEIGHT IN GOLD, SHE STOPPED DEAD IN HER TRACKS!! SHE'S 13.2HH AND BOMB-PROOF, RUNS THE SAME PATTERN EVERY TIME, WILL NOT KNOCK OVER A BARREL AND YOU COULDN'T WHIP HER ENOUGH TO MAKE HER BLOW BY A BARREL IF YOU TRIED!! SHE HAS NO TROUBLE KEEPING UP WITH THE BIG HORSES AND IF SHE WERE BIGGER I WOULD RIDE HER MYSELF!

they are awsome! I would say though fix those airplane arms lol when she gets older and does that her arms could catch those poles and bring em down. But they are amazing for their age and some great horses you have for them also :]

There both amazing but for destiny if she continues this when shes older get a deeper saddle. it helps with the sturdyness and levelness. and i have a question how much is it to feed one horse im getting a quarter horse and im wantin to find out all the basics. thnxs
