Her comment is "I remember starting my career during a time when many men thought 'harass' was two words." So, 'harass' being spoken as two words is 'her ass'. It got lots of laughter from the mostly female crowd.
What you see up here is what I recorded that day with my digital camera without any edits. There was lots of very funny, edgy stuff in Katie's speech, all recorded by the television cameras there, but my guess is a small excerpt of Katie's speech was broadcast, if at all.
