Got a load of apples washed them and put them in a blender, then pressed the juice out with a handy dandy boshed DIY fruit press, fermentation is going steady only a few hours after pitching the yeast.

  • did you use a cheese grater to grind the apples ?

  • I sware I didnt know about that been a dodgy yeast man! Only found out myself a couple of days ago. Worst thing is iv got 3 more packs of it....
