THIS DIET IS FOR ME AT 260lbs ON A HEAVY TNG DAY... Your protein can come from many sources. i.e. Eggs, Chicken, Turkey, Tuna, Lean Red Meats, Shakes, etc...Carbs from Brown or White Rice, Red, White, Yellow or Sweet Potatoes, Beans, Corn, Oats, Grits, etc...., Approx 350 grams or Protein, 450 grams of Carbs, and 10-20 grams of Fat. This is on a heavy training day only. I cut the intake down by 25% on light training days and in half on a non training days. I am well into my 40's. Competed in bodybuilding for 10 years over 10 years ago. Enjoy the video. INTENSITY RULES!!

  • Hows syntha 6 never tried it but i really want to and what flavor do you recommend?

  • @xxxpurexxxstrength I like the taste of the Caramel Latte'. Not very filling though. When I do drink protein shakes I'll usually do half Syntha and half Muscle Milk. Best wishes brother.

  • How many calories is that?

  • @wiseguydoss Usually just count grams brother. Not sure.

  • Do you use a coffee grinder to grind OATS to put in a shake? I do that all the time. Helps with extra calories. My question is does grinding up the OATS reduce their nutritional value????

  • @royfudgloy Great idea and I wouldn't see why it would reduce it's value.
