@PRIMDAY dethlok is a band with pure crap showings off, nothing more. If you want to listen some quality death metal go up with early Morbid Angel, Autopsy, Incantation, Immolation and such.

By the way Dethkok is not a real band and if you think their music is amazing you don't know anything about metal.  Check out Dying Fetus, that's amazing.

@fatguyaaron if it wasn't for Dethklok and Metalocalypse I would'nt be looking up Soilent Green, becasue I wouldn't know death metal, therefore i wouldn't know sludge metal. How is Dethklok "death of metal in mainstream" if death metal was never in the mainstream in the first place? And lastly, some of the most perfectly put together death metal compositions I've ever heard have been Dethklok songs, such as "Dethharmonic" and "Go Into The Water".

@megaterra69 Dethkok was the death of metal in the mainstream, good, people that don't seek it dont deserve it, bad, bands wont make enough money to survive and it will be hard to find real music for a while, but shit always works out.
