To be honest, when I went to see them the first time and knew

nothing about them, my first reaction was, what's Ricky Gervais

doing in a band? But really - go see them if you ever get the chance.

You will understand why we all love him (and them) so much.

Ok, your comment's two years old, but still... his lack of "rock star" looks is what I love about him and them. They have zero schtick. You probably like bands with mohawk haircuts and safety pins through their noses so as to communicate: "rock star". Your comment was incredibly shallow.
