You have to DEFEND yourself against UNPROVOKED attacks and what the bigger kid did was right.He took a couple of shots ,then had enough.The little TWERP got what he deserved.

It's like can't win for nothing. If you stand up to the bully and defend yourself, you're punished. But if you do nothing and even tell school officials, they are like "get over it!" And never take your concerns seriously. And wait around until someone is injured or worse before they take anything seriously.

I don't think both kids were wrong. The bullied shouldn't have been punished. Not enough people stand up for themselves. And what happened here was the bullied had enough and defended himself. You should defend yourself! Or what, you're just gonna let the other person beat the crap outta u, possibly seriously injuring u before u stand up and defend yourself!! The bullied shouldnt being suspended too and if I was the kids parent, I would be upset that the school took action against the bullied!
