I have found a wonderful product for your hair, skin, and diet. It's coconut oil. In this video I show you how you can add this healthy and nutritious product to your life. It really is wonderful as a deep conditioner, daily conditioner, skin softener, moisturizer, and to spread on bread and muffins. I hope you will find this video very informative and helpful, and hopefully you will give coconut oil a try in your life too. Thanks so much for viewing. Please remember to subscribe because I have so much more to come!

  • Is coconut oil a good sunscreen. I have read on some sites that it is and then not mentioned at all on other sites for this purpose? I know that you say that the specific african shey butter that you talk about is a good sunscreen. Have you ever had a problem putting this on your face, though. I love it on all other areas of body but my face does not seem to like it to much?

My husband likes to ice fish so I will be joining him sometimes and would like a natural product to start out the day with

  • @katiegrav Hi, I would not rely on coconut oil or shea butter as a sunscreen per se. They have natural sunscreen properties perhaps useful in partial sun or intermittent daily exposure, but if you are going out in the sun for any length of time, you really need a sunscreen with SPF at least 30 or higher.

  • @YouTips4u which do you prefer olive oil or coconut oil? x <3

  • @pinkrose2930 Hi, I really love them both and I use them for different things.

  • great information :) i live in ireland which is a cold country would coconut oil still be a good oil for the winter or should i buy another product?

  • Hi, it would be wonderful for you. You don't have to live in a warm climate for coconut oil to be beneficial.

  • I started eating coconut oil and my cholesterol raised a lot.

  • It's also great in the bed. hint* hint*

  • I use coconut oil as a facial moisturizer, and it cured me of cystic acne! I now use it as a styling gel too! It's the fairy godmother of oils!
