Democracy Now! Interviews Michael Moore on the $750 Billion Dollar Bailout

With the election four days away, we spend the hour with Academy Award-winning filmmaker and author Michael Moore. His film Fahrenheit 9/11 took on the Bush administration. Sicko took on the health insurance industry. His first film Roger and Me targeted General Motors. Moore joins us from Michigan to talk about the election, the bailout as robbery, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the changing political climate in his home state. Moore also shares his ten proposed decrees for an Obama administrations first ten days in office.

Wow Michael, Obama is for the bailout. A man you voted for. And you haven't seen anything yet. He's going to bailout the big 3 automakers next year more then once. You can't be against that. How can you say you support Obama when he's going to bailout them out?

I don't understand how he can sit there and make excuses for Obama supporting the bailout. First it was "oh he just didn't want to rock the boat." Well what now? Moore is a total biased hack! Michael has such common sense, why do the politicians seem to have none? Can they not learn from history and other free countries, or do they not study such matters.. If Canada spent as much per person on health care as the US, our waiting times for some specialist services would end. You should know that we never wait to see our own doctor, and we can see any doctor we prefer.
