This dance was choreographed by Maggie Gallagher from England with the same two syncopated counts every 8 beats -- on the 8th and 4th beats of the music (8&, 1, 2, 3, 4&, 5, 6, 7). In this video, the dancer (French?) is incorrectly starting the dance at the point in the song that syncopates every first and fifth beat of the music (1&, 2, 3, 4, 5&, 6, 7, 8). Or else the audio is out of synch with the visual.
