the reality of it is that for england football manager is a far far more difficult job than any one could imagine, we've only had one succesful coach in 50 yrs which tells its own story, I have respect for anyone who fails, gets knocked down and gets back up again to prove others wrong especially while adopting a comical Dutch accent, fair play mclaren just stay away from my club
