Its funny how the gates of graceland are red-ish in colour, I can only assume that they were only recently fitted and had only been primed, and were yet to get their well known white colour painted on

@cuofamerica That's just it. He did not know how to live up to his own legacy and the Entertainer that he was. He did come from simple roots and enjoyed a life that his talent afforded him. But watch his Vegas interviews and he tells the media of his struggles.

How many modern day super stars mow their own grass much less sweep their own floors. I just can't get over how easy going and simple he was. He knew how to seperate the fantasy of being on stage and the reality of being home for the most part.
