  • These are passive hot alnico humbuckers

  • What is the amplifier?

  • @koksix1 Fender Hot Rod DeVille 212

  • @koksix1 It's a Fender Hot Rod Deville 212 combo with a Boss Metal Core pedal.

  • Question! its the blacktop good to play MUSE?

  • @Lisogarcia I think the Blacktop would be great for the Muse sound the humbucker that come in it are very hot and aggressive. You can also switch the single coil as well which makes the Blacktop strat super versatile. $454.99 at nstuffmusic with coupon code FENDER35

  • these are passive pickups and good lord are they hot. Once turned up to actual live volume, your gonna get some feedback from these. Not too mention squealing from just tapping the pick guard. Wondering if it would be better to noise suppress it or just replace the pickups. thoughts?

  • Would this be a good guitar to play something like early bon jovi stuff like you give love a bad name?

  • cool but does it play metal? XD

  • @Alcomable sorry bout that, did not back read, this is sad, why put a pedal between? wanted to hear the direct sound

  • @Alcomable I think it's plugged directly to the amp :)

  • also, i cant find this anywhere, are these active or passive pickups?

  • hmm, the metal sounds a bit muffled? Is that the pickups or the amp? (with it being a bluesy amp)

  • what is the name of the song you played at the end starts with clean and goes with shredding?.::D
