  • what did u weigh before p90x?

  • I have never done P90X. I have been training with weights for 26 years although I just started with the pull-ups a little less than three years ago. Thanks for watching my vids:)

  • i have a ? i am 14 year old and i whegt lift and run and do sit up with pull up help bulild your abbs to and build your biceps

  • Good job on the training. Yes, chin-ups (palms facing you) will build your biceps, and both chin-ups and pull-ups (palms facing away) will help work your abs. Also, do push-ups as these will help build your shoulders and chest:)
