this whole calories in calories out thing is true... but weight/fat loss i see is more complex than that.... one has to take in things such as insulin sensitivity, nutrient partioning, metabolism, etc...

I've wanted to lose weight for so long, and I never though I'd find the answer.
I found the website called fatburner. cz. cc and i've lost 40lbs! It really works. :)

following steves advice i have literally lost 20 lbs in like a month by doing cardio, weight lifting and eating proper. i also know to be wise when it comes to supplements. oh and when i mean eating properly i meant eating pretty much anything i wanted but being a lil careful about it. THANX STEVE

if i walk 120 min, will I burn 600 cal ... how long do I need to run to burn the same amount ?
do I build some kind of muscle in my legs by walking this much ? even if I feel no paint the next day.
Wow that's really opened my eyes. I've been good with the eating and ok with the exercise, but I haven't really lost any weight this week. I'm gonna start doing more exercise
