  • Actually, what he says is quite sound. He's not saying he there is a 'thyroid stimulating exercise', he's saying exercise potentiates the body's use of thyroxine. Sauna's have been used (and recognised) since Roman times as a way to release toxins from the body. Good nutrition and suppliments are something that everyone can benefit from. And I didn't get any implication of him pushing Amour at all. It all seems very sensible advice.

  • Mercury poisoning is linked with hypothyroidism. If you have amalgam fillings or silver fillings, which are on average 50% mercury you should look into that.

  • love the video man

  • When I stopped drinking coffe(lAvazza) a year ago within a week I could train for 4 hours on the bike, prior to that after 2 hours training I would get eye problems and mouth sores/ulcers. since then I've gone from 15 stone down as low as 12 stone 8. I'm 13 now and largely very strong, though I am occasionally worn out and just do nothing for a few days. I also gave up caffeine in tea in february, now it is decaf only.

  • I wish my doctor would tests free t3, t4, and thyroid antibodies. I asked her to but she said it won't change how she treats me.

I have been diagnosed/on medication for 5 months now and feel way better but still don't have the energy I used to. I still can't run or work out hard. But atleast I can do daily things. I also feel like my immune system has gone down, when I get a cold now it hits me a lot harder and for longer. I'm only 26 too.

  • I wish I could cure myself of hypothyroidism... I'm doing everything I can and we'll see.

How do you know if you have deficiencies of certain vitamins or minerals? Can blood tests show that? I'de like to try acupuncture for it but don't have the money right now.

  • You are AMAZING and I wish you were MY doctor. Subscribed!

  • A: Bromide used for "Bleaching Flour"... then they "Enrich" it! LOL!

  • @37mamak That's because most doctors like to run unnecessary tests to try to get money off of you. Tell them to test your thyroid or you'll take your services elsewhere. I'm going through the same problem right now, good luck to you.

  • @37mamak

look into Zeolite Enhanced with DHQ and Cell Food products! really work! Detox.
