UFO over Orlando Florida in 1999

Do not make copies. I recorded this in 1999. I was taping the blimp moving west to east after leaving a golf course when this circle came out of the north .I contacted the Pilot of the blimp later and asked them if they saw it. They said they didn't .

I had been recording all day at a Golf Event at The Arnold Palmer Invitational and by this time my camcorder battery was low. What you see is all I got. That's it. I was lucky to get that.

Could be cloaked craft just visible at the edges. Recently , aircraft have seen shadows on the ground tracking them but there has been nothing visible above.
