@conniebky3 The song itself is loosely based on a true story - VERY loosely based. It didn't even happen in Chicago but in the Chicago suburb of Cicero. Cook County police were forced to take action when the Capone mob tried to hijack an election through a brutal campaign of voter intimidation. And as for the 100 dead cops - never happened. As far as I know the only person killed on EITHER side was Al Capone's brother Frank.
