You can Like the Vikings all you want,But the Samurai had just as many Killing weapons as the vikings if not more.If you like the viking thats fine but dont make up such bullshit obviously you already have shown me you dont much.

The vikings arent so barbarian as you think they actually devoleped some great weapons especially the dane axe if in the right hands was undefetably. The vikings was thaught from birth to not afraid death cause if you die hounerable in battle you get to Valhalla and the least thing they wanted was to die peacefully cause then they ented in hell.

@Macgilvernock lol there was never a debate all facts, a lot of them didnt have armour maybe 3/5th did, umm didnt you forget what an arrow velocity can do? not to mention that it pierced through the knights during ME age and knights armour = better than vikings, katana can go through the riveted mail, just take one to a samurai(still alive today), so everything I have said was true and you cant say that because almost all your info is false! lmao

@daasianboi Yes, there were vikings that didn't have armor, but a lot of them did. In terms of riveted mail, it takes a needle bodkin arrow to go threw it, or a very thin and narrow blade. That, and with everything you've said I find it very hard to believe you studied vikings in college, so I'm going to end this debate because you obviously have no idea what you're talking about so, goodbye.

@Macgilvernock hahahaha most vikings had little to no armour, and riveted only stops slash and can be penetrated with an arrow, thrust would go through it, and I'm not bias because, its Vikings vs Samurai. Hint where theres no spartans involve in this comment lol so no, I didnt underestimated them, I just think the vikings are given more credits then they needed to be. btw I study vikings college before. so you overestimated if thats the case :)

@daasianboi You underestimate the vikings and their armor. The vikings had riveted mail which can withstand a thrust, a slash, and even broad head arrows( which the samurai used). That, and how is it you are not biased if you are "Spartan all the way?"

@billvw1974 the samurai / viking episode was rigged.. the viking was disarmed.. that cant even happen because the have a sling for their blades around the wrist.. deadliest warrior decided to leave that fact out of the show apparently..

@theend1245 Vikings were taught to fight from birth also .. I would say that the vikings were tougher for the fact that scandinavia was a more brutal climate than greece.. the higher you are above sea level the colder the area the more strength and cardio you will

reap.. its the paper thin air they dealt with..some warriors were better armed than others.. the show should be called deadliest weapon.

Spartans were Organized Formation and had techniques very effective very against barbarian hordes , also each of the Hoplite was very disciplined warrior taught to Fight from Birth, wtf is a Viking gonna do lol ?

@Macgilvernock well its good you disagree, I'm looking it at an unbiased view, because I am spartan all the way, but this depict the fighting really real, samurais were trained since when they were very young, their katana is the best blade we know of today that can cut an enemy in half with one swing, also equip with a very deadly, and accurate bow chain mails are useless against their weapons, better yet their discipline.
