  • I remember wanting to get this game in the store when I was a little kid, but my step dad said I couldn't because of the blood and gore. Just as I was about to put it back the store clerk told him you could turn the blood off...so I got it! I'd hate to think how my childhood would've turned out if that store clerk hadn't spoken up. Thank you sir wherever you are!

  • character select theme of MK1 on SNES is still badass to this day.

  • @ROD006 i agree! that was buggy as hell!

  • There IS a Genesis version you know.

  • I am a bit surprised that one one is commenting on the incredibly strange bugs displayed on this video. Goro vs Goro (2nd goro being a shadow). Shang tsung vs Shang Tsung? (2nd one being a white outline). I have never seen these bugs...

  • @colliric Cheers ;D

  • @SpeakMyMind500 digitalized actors

  • I like this games music better than the second one because this one doesnt have all that annoying techno music the second one has and it actually fits the games martial arts feel. Also, were both mortal kombat 1 and 2 released the same year,or was this game released in 93 and 2 in 94?

  • @armorghoma oh ok.

  • @SpeakMyMind500 Real people fighting except goro and all those special fighters
