  • I love Temple Grandin. Her books are brilliant.

  • @AnneFox7 You really are a complete idiot. She IS Autistic. She was LABELLED as 'brain injured' when she was 2 because they knew almost nothing about Autism then. You've got some serious nerve running around crying foul on people you know nothing about.

  • @oopqooify WHY DO AUTISTIC PEOPLE FLAUNT HERE GRAAAAARNNNABLE.

  • This here is a woman with a wisdom of 18.

  • @timen1986 Whoops - if it came across like that, then I'm sorry. :P

  • @oopqooify

Photographic memory is the key, its not something only people with autism have.

  • Id laugh if one of the cows just took a shit on her face.

  • @oopqooify Ahh, I see. Thank you for explaining it to me, it makes it a lot easier to understand.

  • @yipyipitsme123 I would imagine she means she remembers things literally like videos/pictures. As in, she can see everything like it were real. For example, if I asked you to look at a painting of a road for a minute and asked you to describe it back to me 10 minutes later, you probably wouldn't remember how many houses there were unless you counted them in the first place. Some people with autism are able to remember things in great detail, long after they first saw them.

  • Wait, I'm really confused, doesn't everyone see memories as pictures and movies in their mind? Isn't that what memories are...?

  • "The Woman Who Thinks Like a Cow" really cuts her short. "The Woman Who Thinks Like a Genius" would have been more accurate

  • Temple is fortunate to have a mother so open minded...
