Um butterflies are great! The eating disorders recovery group in my area uses a butterfly as its logo, so it's always been a symbol of hope and freedom for me.
Btw if anyone has anyother reasons I missed just leave them here I'll make antoher Reasons to Recover Video when we have enough.

hell yeah on sum levl i ges u hav 2experience how bad it is 2 say how gud it can b witout it.dy wer all so tru i was in tears but 14 made me laugh sumhow cause i tink im goin 2 have 2 find a new supermarket to shop in d girls dr all think im crazy d way i walk around 4 ages & dy've seen me cryn dr. dy've even ofrd me a job because dy say i know d place betr dn dm and they think i cry coza my job.anyway dats me waffln just meant thanx 4 makin me smile:) hope it works 4 u 2

Yes, but how will i be able to look again in my mother's eyes? I'll let her down soo much if I tell her i have this problem =((
It's been a while since i haven't seen her and i know when she sees me she'll realize but i can still say i've been execising and very stressed...

um actually when I told my mom she was honoured, relieved and flattered that I felt safe enough to disclose such a burdensome secret to her...Ppl feel let down when they are lied to constantly and when they feel helpless or powerless to do anything...just something to think about.
