The covers of such magazines as Time and Newsweek have described parents as living in "mayhem" and "madness" with their children. Child psychologist Dr. Beth Grosshans has the answer to their problems. Her innovative ideas and techniques challenge this prevailing culture, proving that power and authority are as essential as love and good intentions to effective parenting.
Each child is different and each requires a different parenting style, even in the same household. If this book helps people what is the problem with that?

I never had issues with my kids when little, if you can't parent a Toddler what the heck will you do when they turn 12? Another thought don't bother having them at all if you haven't a clue! we have enough delinquents in the World. THE Worst words I ever heard from neighbors on both sides of my townhouse. "I just don't know what to do!" = with a child that jumps all day and the other side one that has blood curdling screams all day! Nice neighbors. Nothing makes it better LOL

I have friends who use Time Outs on their children, those two are wild don't listen are very disrespectful towards adult and because of that they now stay home instead of coming out to BBQs with all the other parents that use spanking and have well discipline children. Let me raise my children my way that actually works and you keep raising the children that will end up in jail later in life.
