Hugs for Oberlin; Oberlin for Lovers

I finally found some time to put together my (Devon's) Oberlin 2015 "60-Seconds or Less Enthusiasm" video. Well, more like I MADE time; it's currently 2:52 in the morning here in Virginia (the perfect night's rest before my Econ exam). Enough with the rambling though.

Above is the product of a solid Saturday's worth of expressing two upcoming Oberlin first year's enthusiasm (and love) for Oberlin College. I, quite literally, went around town and shared our enthusiasm personally with strangers by embracing them with a warm hug while Evan filmed from a distance. Anyone and everyone was fair game for our hugs. I'd simply walk up, tell them what we were doing, and (assuming they were down for it) would hug (or in some cases, handshake) them. All hugs/handshakes/love was given directly from Oberlin to the peoples of Roanoke, Virginia.

Additionally, there were too many hugs (over 10 minutes of raw footage) to fit into the single minute, so I did the best I could to edit them down into a concise video that still fits the Oberlin 60 second limit.

I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did! I encourage everyone to go try this on their own sometime; it's a lot of fun.
