Force of Will you shut up?

This is a video for all the people who leave comments on my videos and/or channel about how they think my combos suck because all it would take to beat them is a Force of will. So in a very sarcastic approach I am congratulating them on discovering this hidden gem. Next they'll be telling me that they discovered the secret to making a good spaghetti sauce.....just add a little oregano.

um i guess i don't get what force of will really does it doesn't seam like it really does anything that could devastate anyone.

please explain what it does.

It's basically a free counter spell. You can ignore it's casting cost by paying one life and removing a blue card in your hand from the game. It's a really good counter spell to have in your opening hand to counter first turn plays when you have no mana. The problem I have with it though is that every time I post a new combo on Youtube there is always at least one comment from someone who says that my combo sucks because all they have to do is cast Force of Will.

i see now i haven't play magic for like a year. anyways they might be right about countering a combo with force of will.

but they have to have it in there hand in order to play it. and has we all know if they only have one copy it's really hard to pull the right card on your first turn unless they are stacking there deck.

i've seen some of your combos there pretty nice. but force of will can't be countered which would be hard to protect against if possible.

Well they are right about being able to counter the combo with Force of Will. My whole point is that people don't have to point it out all the time, it's like pointing out that water is wet and expecting the other person to say "Well I haven't thought of that."

The point of the "fow exists" statement is to encourage you to learn to play your combo decks ahead of your opponent, so that Force of Will will not harm you, and you learn to play with your opponent and not just by yourself. It also doesn't matter how many combo decks you have build, if Fow did not exist, we would all be playing Belcher.

I agree with this video. The person who says Force of Will dosn't even own one and the chances of getting one of 60 cards in your opening hand is hard even if you have 4 of them.

Oh I have 3 of them I bought a box a long time ago. :)

opponent has 2 lands ....they cast force of will

you have 3 lands and cast mana leak in response

your one hit combo hits them

force of will=50 bucks plus

mana leak=1 - 2 bucks

beating your opponent with a card that cost way less than theirs and still landing your combo in their face = priceless.........yeah i know its old

run red combos, have extra "fork" cards and whenever they try and counter, counter there counter and continue your combo
