It was a time warp. The collection shows clear inspiration from the spring 1999 collection; they even share 'Teardrop' in the soundtrack. Costa took the colour palette and added warmer neuturals and attenuated the 1999 collection's boxy shapes. However, this collection has a luminosicy and greater sensuality in movement than Calvin's collection had. A stunning collection!

house song!
other than that it sucked.
sooo boring. i could have come up with that

Gorgeous gowns.

the first is 'teardrop' by massive attack. house fans will recognize it. the soundtrack sounds like it was mixed by frederic sanchez, who has done calvin klein (and prada, hermes, and JPG)in the past

the colours are perfect; francisco has kept calvin in the brand in the masterful use of colour. i love the gentle monochrome of the palete, the shapes, the fabrics... they look like they might be lovely clothes to wear. the fabrics look like they would be transendant, and the details are spectacular. those curved seams, and movement of the clothes was amazing! all the halmarks of a superlative designer.

how would personality distract from the clothes? it was personality which created the supermodel culture of the 90's. there's nothing wrong with looking like you can make it to the end of the runway without suffering cardiac arrest.

lo maximo!!!and by the way who's the singer of the song?????

Has Calvin Klein done anything other than this stark muted color stuff since the eighties? It was like a time warp. ALTHOUGH, the wrap dress coat over the stark sheath was nice.

They are showing the clothes, not themselves. Actual personality would distract.
the shapes, the colours, the fabrics and the cut are all beautiful! the massive attack suited well, but the women could do with a snack and a vacation.

Love it. Costa is a genius. The cuts and seemless tailoring are gorgeous.
