Nissan GTR Fast Acceleration + sound!

I recorded this unbelievable fast Nissan GTR at the Nordschleife last weekend. It did a very fast sprint when it leaves.
The exhaust is not standard to (I do not know the brand of the exhaust).

@bamboali odd noise is probably from the turbos spooling up though i don't think it's odd, exhaust is discolored because of the exhaust's heat
