Morgan Adams: You Know Her Name

My third video/character study that I've done with this account. The subject this time is Morgan Adams from the 1995 Lionsgate Film, Cutthroat Island. The point of my study here was to showcase a female action character who doesn't suck. The film might have tanked but Morgan Adams is a way better female action character than others because she can take her hits and keep going. She doesn't automatically become better than all her obstacles. She soldiers through them and doesn't make a big deal out of being a girl. She just is who she is. I selected the song because I didn't want something overly piratey, but I didn't want some wanky "grrl power" song, either, because that really isn't what the character is about.
