  • Thank you so much! I love the fact that you informed us about the effects of certain foods (ex: garlic and onions are good to lower the blood pressure coz it thins the blood) and I love how simple you make vegan cooking look!!! I'm not a vegan yet, though I aspire to it one day. I'm searching for different recipes I could do and see how vegan cuisine look like Thank you for all the info!!! It's really helpful to see that it's not as complicated as I thought it would be to become vegan one day :)

  • @mylieblue awesome, I'm glad the videos help you see how easy & fun it can be :)

  • Could you use bread crumbs that you process in a processor instead of flour?

  • @TheaDragonSpirit absolutely, great idea :)

  • Sorry to ask a question unrelated to this vid. I've been going through your vids (and liking them) and I just wanted to ask you about breakfast, since you're a nutritionist. I mostly have a big bowl of muesli with organic soy, sprinkled with pieces of dates. Is that good? May I ask also what you mostly eat for breakfast? Thanks very much!

  • @asmith20707 sounds like a great breakfast :) very similar to what I eat - which is some type of grain (usually brown rice or buckwheat, cooked), some ground flax, some fresh fruit and a sprinkle of seeds or nuts. The only thing I might suggest is trying another type of vegan milk - almond, rice, hemp - or try making your own :)

  • What r the spagetti made of?

  • i love how you say "oregano" ... nice vid btw I have to try this!

  • I love your channel so far!! I just got done making this and it was pretty good!

  • @daxterretxad check the back of the package for ingredients avoid anything that says 'milk solids' or 'this product is processed on machinery that also produces products containing fish, dairy etc if you are a strict vegan

  • Have you ever heard that you look like Alexis Dziena?

  • @MrDudegetoffmylawn -_- ... wahahaha :D

  • @healthyvegan The videos and your website! Thank you for that too!!! :) Today I'm gonna start integrating recipes into our diet ("our" my daughter and I) to eventually have an all vegan diet... I figured that theirs no point in my going vegetarian before going vegan (was vegetarian in the past and then I was in a relationship with a meat eater - that threw our diet off and now we - daughter and I - are going back to stop eating meat), Might as well go straight to become vegan...

  • Are the bean balls tasty?
