Dark Souls - Skip to the Kiln Without The 4 Lord Souls Glitch

I'm just getting over a sinus infection so please bare with me. This is my first voice-over attempt too, so I was a little nervous.

This does not work if you rest at the lordvessel. Rest at Firelink Shrine before jumping.

Also, you can PvP on the other side by using a Ring of Sacrifice before you jump, but if you get invaded and die I believe you will respawn on the other side.

Another interesting note is that this does not appear to work if you rest at the lordvessel. I rested at Firelink afterwords, and it worked fine.

Did you ever get it to work? It doesn't work for me either and the door is glitched stuck too (all souls have already been put in Lord Vessel). I need to be able to do this to progress or I'll have to restart the game.

@nikosomegas Same method as in the video, only instead of quitting the game you go back to the dashboard. Has the same effect if you do it right.

@MindsetReality That was patched, but theres a way to delete the patch and play a new character in offline mode... do the glitch, get 9,999,999,999 souls... then connect and download the patch, and bam... you can max your character out.

Haha pretty sweet glitch :D pretty cool to get to a part of the game that isn't supposed to be unlocked yet :D Kinda like no-clipping on PC games :P lol

@Ziserain Pointless without the embers and by then you would have opened the areas that you can farm them from with a chance of a slab. You can even right from the start kill the guardian in New Londo Ruins and get chucks from the Darkraiths plus grab the very large ember. By the time you get to the depths you will have the ability to max upgrade normal weapons and normal armour.
