I must confess that I do still swear sometimes. I have been doing it so long its so natural. Not nearly as much as I used to and I do check myself sometimes when I do it. At least it bothers me now when I do it. Now, I just have to keep trying to not do it at all. Thank you for the talk. I hope everything is going good for you.
